A BIT MORE ABOUT THE POSITION:
- ENTRY LEVEL – No experience required, but you must be willing to learn and undertake training with our experienced team
- You will be a valued team member helping to provide services to support clients’ individual needs in both their home and community
- All of our clients are based on the Northern Beaches and North Sydney
- Shifts available at all times giving you the opportunity create your own hours
- Paid hours (casual) + Kilometres + Super – Attractive hourly rates for the right candidate!
- You MUST have a current driver’s license and preferably own car to drive clients around
- You MUST be fully vaccinated for Covid-19

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
- Personal Care
- Domestic Assistance
- Meal Preparation
- Medication Assistance
- Respite
- Transport to appointments and shopping etc.
This role will report to the Care Manager at Right at Home Sydney Northern Beaches.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- No experience required, but passion and empathy are a MUST!
- Satisfactory Australian National Police check;
- Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate;
- Smart mobile phone;
- Valid Australian Drivers License and own car.
A successful candidate will have the following:
- Ability to provide personal and domestic care with joy and kindness – Empathy is the key!
- A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people;
- Good written and verbal skills as you will have to communicate with clients and our team;
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- High level of time management and organisational ability;
- Willingness to participate in further training and education opportunities.
