Information Technology & Digital Services (ITD Services) is a key enabling service provider within the University. It is responsible for the strategic deployment and use of information and communication technology services, systems and infrastructure. The primary role of ITD Services is to support the University’s learning, teaching and research activities as well as the business systems and operational units that underpin the University’s core activities.

About the Role

Information Technology and Digital Services is seeking a highly motivated, experienced and skilled Practice Adoption Advisor to join their team.

The Practice Adoption Advisor contributes to the achievement of all aspects of practice change related to systems and processes. The role is responsible for designing and implementing best practice change management approaches into projects across the University. The role engages with a wide range of stakeholders with different needs and perspectives within a busy and productive service-oriented culture and environment, and ensures support for, and access to, relevant and high quality programs and activities and opportunities.

Skills and Experiences

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience and skills in the design, delivery and evaluation of a broad range of technical and process change projects and programs including Software implementation and business process re-design, high level internal consultancy and facilitation skills and the ability to effectively engage, influence and negotiate with stakeholders and demonstrated skills and experience in managing projects and programs including high level analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills,

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 8 $123,297 to $136,873 p.a. (comprising Salary of $104,187 to $115,659 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)

This is a full time fixed term position located at Penrith campus though frequent travel to other Western Sydney University campuses will be required.
