As a Processing Officer, you will be a critical element of the supply chain delivery of freight and parcels to our customers. You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring freight and products are sorted, processed and dispatched correctly and within established timeframes to be handed over to our couriers.
In this dynamic job you will:
- Sort our customers’ parcels and freight from our Syd Bradley Depot
- Dispatch correctly to our couriers to ensure they can deliver on time
- Handle freight in a careful and professional manner
- Liaise with various internal contacts to solve problems and raise issues where required
We have two shift options available:
- Tuesday to Saturday from 1.00am to 6.30am
To be successful in this role you will be:
- Ready for a physically demanding role – heavy lifting is required
- A team player, supporting and building a connected team
- Have good geographical knowledge
This role will suit someone who is has high attention to detail, takes pride in their work, and who can work as a team.
