About the role
Lead and motivate industry workers passionate about the Horticulture sector. Work in partnership with employers in the industry to assist their workers to select the most appropriate learning path for their needs, support their learning progress and conduct course evaluations in Central Otago and Southland.
Duties include:
- Building and maintaining connections with employers, learners and industry partners.
- Identifying learning needs, developing training plans, supporting learning progress and completing course evaluations.
- Completing enrolment forms and keeping online records up to date.
- Keeping up to date with Primary ITO product knowledge.
- Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities.
This role is based in Central Otago and will require regional travel – a company vehicle will be provided.
