YOUR ROLE
- Manage weekly supply chain planning to meet customer demand whilst optimising stock
- Utilise forecasts to balance production schedules, determine inventory levels and manage key supplier relationships
- Ensure operational efficiency of production runs without compromising customer demand requirements
- Identify opportunities to implement process efficiencies across the production plant and with local suppliers
- Work collaboratively in conjunction with schedulers, sales team, regional supply chain planners and other key stakeholders
- Ensure full compliance with regulation policies and all Henkel standard procedures to maximise safety in the workplace
YOUR SKILLS
- 3 years plus experience in a Supply Chain Planning role ideally in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Experience in SAP or similar Supply Chain ERP
- Sound understanding of business financials and drivers
- Excellent communications skills, able to influence and negotiate to deliver best outcomes
- Able to problem solve, be solutions focused and goal oriented
- Ability to work within a team dynamic, adopting a consultative approach to make recommendations and deliver cost efficiencies and savings
- Must be a team player with the ability to interact at all levels of the business
