We have a fantastic opportunity to join the team in our Invercargill Kiwibank Branch.

As a Banking Assistant in a Kiwibank Branch you will be working as part of our tight-knit and supportive team to help deliver to our ambition to make every New Zealander more financially successful. What this means in practice is that you will be using your individual personality and interpersonal style to make a connection with your customer, then work to understand their broader financial needs and goals and provide the appropriate solution where you can.

You will be following your passion of developing and building strong relationships with our customers by providing solutions tailored to achieve their financial goals – delighting them every step of the way! It’s a great rewarding job.

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Can demonstrate a focus on great customer outcomes and customer-facing service experience
  • Have a natural attention to detail
  • Have proven numerical and technical skills
  • Think outside current processes to ensure the appropriate solution is identified to a customer’s issue
  • Establish, maintain and service across Kiwibank’s range of products and services

In return, you will have a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in banking within a fun and supportive team.

Wednesday (12 – 17.00), Thursday and Friday (09.00 – 17.00) total 20 hours per week.
