We are currently seeking passionate and energetic Programme Assistants who can run activities and engage with the awesome kiwi kids on our programmes.

We are looking for someone that loves being part of a team and can easily build relationships with the children and staff on programme.

Hours of work

16.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 2.45PM – 6PM on our Afterschool Care programme and possible shifts available for our Holiday Programmes.

COVID-19 vaccination

On 11 October 2021, the New Zealand Government has made a public health direction mandating the COVID-19 vaccination for all Health & Disability and Education sector workers in New Zealand. As an OSCAR provider we are part of this mandate.

All our team members are considered ‘affected persons of affected education services’ under COVID-19 Public Health Response (Vaccinations) Amendment order (No 3) 2021 and are requested to have their first COVID vaccination by 15th November 2021 and their second COVID vaccination by 1st January 2022.

We are committed to Child Protection and the safeguarding of children and young people in our care and we expect all staff to operate in a way that reflects this intent. All successful applicants will be subject to a satisfactory Police Record Check. All applicants must hold the right to work in New Zealand.
