Are you a project manager looking for a great part-time role? If so, we would love to speak with you. We are seeking an experienced, part-time project manager to handle the logistics for the annual Kansas City Advertising Club Awards Competition, supporting the show committees and volunteers who produce the show to take place in February 2023. The awards show committee consists of three sub-committees: Event Planning, Entries, and Communications. The Project Manager is responsible for leading the Entries team while supporting the other two committees. To be qualified for this role, you will have at least two years relevant experience, preferably managing budgets, events, complex long-term projects and cross-functional teams of volunteers, excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skill, and ability to demonstrate commitment to Club’s mission to support and serve the advertising and marketing industry in Kansas City. This is a remote role with occasional in-person meetings. Candidates must be local to the Kansas City area.
