About the Role:
We are currently looking for a third Project Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the Project Managers, and our Operations Manager and Quantity Surveyor. The role involves managing small and large residential and commercial projects, from start to finish, running our teams, and liaising with customers and industry partners. At times you will run multiple teams across a variety of sites.
You will need to work to plans and ensure construction is completed to Council and clients’ high standards. To do so, you will work closely with construction administration, suppliers, tradespeople and H&S representatives to manage our projects. You’ll be doing daily site visits to assess progress and provide guidance and updates where needed. You’ll also be committed to ensuring projects are delivered on-time, in-budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Competitive salary – the Project Manager salary starts at $80,000pa, but we are willing to negotiate on this if you have the right skills and experience;

About You:
- Commitment to following Health & Safety policies and practices;
- Strong leadership experience and a positive, can-do attitude;
- 4 years+ experience in the concrete industry;
- Experience managing a variety of small to large construction projects;
- Experiencing managing up to 10 staff at any one time, across multiple sites;
- Excellent customer service and communication skills;
- Attention to detail, to ensure construction is completed to Council and clients’ high standards;
- A focus on quality and delivering results;
- The ability to foster a collaborative and positive work environment within our awesome team;
- Solution-focused, quick-thinking, organised, and analytical.
