About the role: Support the fundraising team to deliver campaigns and raise funds on behalf of Aspect. Provide exceptional inbound supporter care and experience to Aspect’s supporters using a continuous improvement approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to all inbound supporter and general fundraising queries by phone, email, mail and online (including socials)
- Provide high level customer service and stewardship to Aspect’s supporters, ensuring supporter queries and complaints are handled sensitively and effectively in a timely manner
- Provide campaign and project coordination, fundraising and administrative support to help grow, engage and retain Aspect’s IN IT for AUTISM community supporter base
- Assist Aspect Schools with fundraising initiatives as necessary
- Assist with Fundraising team expense tracking and processing of invoices
- Assist Database team with identifying coding online donations

Skills, experience and qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in fundraising, marketing, communications or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining relationships
- Excellent IT skills with strong Microsoft Office knowledge
- Well-developed oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
A National Police Check clearance is a requirement and Aspect will arrange this.
