We have a rare, and rewarding vacancy at our TNZ Growing Products Kennington based head office in Quality Control. This position has become available following an internal promotion.
This is an integral role supporting our wider operations and our commitment to being a market leader whose products exceed our customers’ expectations.
You will be working within a small team of highly supportive individuals who have a wealth of knowledge and experience ready to share!
This role offers ultimate flexibility around hours of work. This can be a part time position with a minimum of 20 hours in office per week required-with fluidity around start and finish times on the proviso that all tasks are completed.
The responsibilities of this role include:
+Maintaining, improving and developing quality controls
+Various product and environment testing (including PH and EC testing, germination trails, sieve testing, mix testing, nitrogen and moisture testing)
+Data input and reporting
+Supporting product innovation and enhancement
To excel in this position you will have:
+ Horticulture or agriculture industry experience
+(Ideally) A relevant tertiary qualification in horticulture or agriculture
+Exposure to, or experience with customer service/sales
+Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask
+A flair for building and maintaining relationships
+A solutions focused mindset
+A professional and composed manner
+A wicked sense of humour is absolutely essential!
