Contract: Permanent, part time 0.7 FTE – 56 hour/fortnight rostered and rotating
Kōrero mō te tūranga – About the role
We are looking for a people oriented part time receptionist to join our team at the Kenepuru Accident & Medical Clinic. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting patients, maintaining accurate data records, invoicing patients, answering and directing incoming calls, managing administration tasks as required and ordering radiology referrals. The role is rostered and rotating.
Mō tō mātou rōpū – About our team
The Accident and Medical Clinic is a 24 hour Urgent Care Clinic that operates on the Kenepuru Hospital Campus to meet the needs of the local population. We are a busy and friendly team who provide a great front of house service to patients as well as providing clerical and administrative support to the Clinic.
Moū – About you
Our new team member will be motivated and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to work in a busy environment. You will also have proven office administration and reception skills.
