We’re looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our fun and passionate team.

As an organisation responsible for improving the lives of everyone in our community, the role of a Recruitment Advisor plays an integral role in ensuring the organisation recruits the best people to achieve everything for the City. With new facilities opening and a continued increased workload, we’re looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team on a permanent part-time basis for 35 hours per week.

We are a bunch of experienced and dedicated professionals who value teamwork, communication and a sense of humour. We have been described as a helpful, supportive and fun team that have built strong relationships across all units we support.


About the role

As a Recruitment Advisor, you will partner with a diverse portfolio of our leaders, providing them with solutions to deliver the best possible recruitment. You will empower your hiring managers by helping them understand the recruitment lifecycle, supporting them through every step of the process and ensuring the decisions they make are the best ones.

We get involved in taking job briefs, advert writing, running assessment centres, arranging and conducting interviews and the delivery of training courses as well as providing advice on a number of matters. We can guarantee a varied workload where you will have the autonomy and freedom to determine what our day looks like.


About you

We are seeking the skills of a recruitment expert who operates with a best practice mentality. You will have already be am experienced recruiter and have the ability to work in a large complex business.

More importantly, we’re looking for someone who will complement the team of four other Recruitment Advisors. To thrive in this position, you be someone with a positive can do attitude, who takes on anything that comes their way and who always strives to provide the best service possible. Your strong interpersonal and organisational skills means that you will have the ability to quickly jump from one thing to the next with accuracy.
