A new opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to have oversight of the test/swabbing stations, working closely with providers within Hawkes Bay District Health Board.
You will have significant experience in creating robust working relationships with key stakeholders and providing a high level of credibility, professionalism and integrity.
The purpose of this role is to provide expert clinical oversight to all testing/ swabbing stations, develop policies according to best practice and align with Ministry of Health legislation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide responsive support all swabbing/testing stations across all sites.
- Develop policies aligned to best practice and Ministry of Health legislation
- Ensure the delivery of efficient, accurate and timely swabbing/testing stations
Skills and experience:
As a member of the team you will collaborate, engage and influence. You will be able to demonstrate professionalism and integrity, as a credible and trustworthy person who has held the respect of key stakeholders at all levels and have a very strong communication skillset, excellent verbal and written, with great attention to detail.
