Mō te tūranga | About the role
Dunedin
Our team delivers long-term life support services to critically ill patients. We provide a tertiary referral service for other medical providers throughout Otago and Southland, as well as delivering the Aeromedical Retrieval Service to transport patients to other hospitals.
With 18 beds in a combined ICU / HDU, patients will be able to transition between levels of care without leaving the unit. It is as up to date as medical facilities get, with brand-new equipment, and with the patient-focussed design you’ll be thrilled at the quality of care you can provide.

Invercargill
You will find yourself part of a friendly and professional multidisciplinary team working in a modern hospital with first-rate facilities. We take great pride in our sense of community down south, and you will see this in the tight knit family feel amongst the staff.
The Critical Care Unit at Southland hospital is a combined ICU, CCU and HDU with 6 beds. The unit is also involved with the Cardiac Arrest team and Telemetry monitoring.
