In this role you will take responsibility for managing a team of caregivers who consistently provide Person Centered Care and Support.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Actively participate as an effective member of the healthcare team
- Demonstrate commitment to professional and clinical nursing development
- Demonstrate effective leadership of caregivers and ensure that resident care is of the very highest standard
- Ensure care is delivered in a safe and professional manner and in line with best practice
- Manage equipment, supplies, and resources efficiently, effectively and safely
- Actively support the pursuit of Continuous Quality Improvement
- Maximise the safety of residents and staff
