About the role
Our resident focused Care Home team is on the look-out for a Registered Nurse to join them on a and provide first class care services to our residents in our Metlife Oak Village. This role is a based on fixed shifts of Sunday to Wednesday 22.45 – 07.15
Some of the great things you will be doing:
- Clinical assessment, planning and implementation of nursing care
- Effective communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- Work collaboratively with other team members
- Develop and review care plans in consultation with our residents and their families
- Provide compassionate and high-level care
About you
You will appreciate how important this position is in delivering an outstanding service to our residents, so you will have empathy for the older person.
- Current Practicing Certificate and first aid certificate
- Strong nursing experience, aged care – even better!
- Up to date knowledge of wound care management
- Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills
- You will also have: a helpful, team player attitude and a caring, respectful manner which is important in our aged care environment.
