- Work shifts between 7am to 10pm hours across seven days

What you have to do:
- Five continuous days paid training online with a senior clinical leader
- Via phone, ascertain caller’s health and welfare needs.
- Use your triage skills to understand the situation you are dealing with
- Provide sound clinical guidance on the next steps for the client
- Document the calls using IT tools
- Follow procedures and protocols associated to the situation
- Starting in 2022 – 24th Jan and 1st Feb intakes
Skills & Experience
- Registered Nurse with a current APC
- Can have less than 3 years nursing experience
- Primary care, acute care or triage assessment skills welcomed
- Well-developed critical thinking nursing skills
- A warm, friendly telephone manner with clear spoken English
- Good computer skills and the ability to multitask; type and talk.
- You must have your own Laptop or Desktop Computer and suitable internet connection Fibre or VDSL Internet.
