About the role
Southern Cross’ Invercargill hospital is widely known and used by people through the Southland and the Queenstown-Wakatipu basin areas. Our hospital in Invercargill provides services to around 3,000 patients annually, has 26 in-patient beds and a day surgery unit accommodating up to 15 patients per session.
We need the best people to deliver the best care.
We are looking for experienced Theatre Nurses, either RN or EN. This role can be Full time or Part time.
To be successful you will need:
- An experienced surgical NZ Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with a current Practising Certificate
- 2-3 years’ experience working in theatre (scrubbing, circulating and assisting)
- A team player with good organisational ability
- PDRP Level 2
- A go-getter with excellent communication skills
