The Role
Working closely with the National Team Manager, this role will ensure that resource planning and management systems are kept up to date. Working with specialist software systems, you’ll have had experience working with similar systems or be tech savvy and willing to be trained.
To be successful, you’ll need to be highly organised, with a strong process orientation, and have excellent attention to detail. You’ll need to be a quick learner with a continuous improvement mindset, focused on learning from situations and making changes to improve systems and processes. You’ll also need to have great interpersonal skills.
