The Life of an HCA Nurse
We are seeking a
House Supervisor Registered Nurse to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? This Part-Time position will work 2 12-hr shifts (7p – 7a).
Responsibilities:
- Assumes the responsibility for Administrative Operations of the medical center during the evening, night, weekend and holiday shifts.
Collaborates with the Administrator on call and/or other members of the Management team to insure appropriate facility resources and response to meet organization wide health care service responsibilities
Collaborates with physicians, other departments, to coordinate the needs of patients and their families.
Manages resources in a fiscally responsible manner.
Supports the mission and vision of the facility, division and company.
Assures quality care through the initiation and evaluation of patient care utilizing performance improvement processes.
Qualifications
Qualifications You Will Need:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation.
- BLS and ACLS upon hire
- Three years current experience in a hospital environment required.
- One year as a charge nurse or other management position preferred.
