What you need to succeed:
- Document Management, data entry, and accurate reporting
- Organizing and maintaining work schedules using scheduling software
- Ability to process invoices and purchase orders, maintain records and receipts
- Experience with Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Outlook
- Sound keyboard skills and additional software literacy
- Effective and timely communication, both written and verbal
- Work successfully in a team environment
- Excellent time management including work prioritization and ability to multi-task
- Experience with CAPEX processes
- Assistance with preparation of budgets and business requirements
- A sound knowledge of administrative policies and procedures.
- Great attention to detail, showing thoroughness and accuracy
- Process oriented
