To ensure this, Fox and Associates are now looking for a new part-time Senior HR Advisor to lead the operational HR functionality of the business.

About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the Office Manager, the Senior HR Advisor will be responsible for all HR operational activities and championing the company’s culture and values. This newly established Senior HR Advisor is a part time role from approximately 10 hours per week. Flexibility around days and hours will be offered.
In this time in the office, the Senior HR Advisor will:
- Update and manage the implementation of all policies, procedures, and practices
- Manage Fox and Associates’ performance and salary review processes and ensure ongoing feedback throughout the year so that it is an enjoyable and meaningful experience.
- Prepare, review, and update all employment documentation
- Assist with all recruitment, induction, and onboarding processes
- Champion the company’s culture and values to promote and enhance employee engagement.
- Keep up to date all training and development activities in alignment with the organisation’s credential, competency, and skill requirements
As a standalone HR role, the Senior HR Advisor is accountable for ensuring the smooth running of the HR functionality in the business and in doing this, keeping abreast of all legislative and best practice HR requirements.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will be an HR generalist with experience sitting in an HR Advisory level role. Any experience in a similar/same professional industry would be advantageous.
You will be comfortable working autonomously, have a confidence to take initiative, and not be afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved where you are needed.
You will demonstrate a natural passion for human resources management with a desire to support continuous quality improvement for a business. A naturally outgoing person, you will be comfortable advising and supporting a team and your proactive and energetic approach will be complemented by your open communication style, and approachability.
