Our busy talent function within the People & Wellbeing Team have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Talent Advisor to join our team on a Fixed-term basis for parental leave cover from 25 July 2022 – 8 September 2023.
This role is both strategic and operational. You will provide specialised and tailored talent advice, guidance and support ensuring the efficient and effective delivery and coordination of recruitment practices across the Treasury. There is also scope to work on a range of strategic talent initiatives which will enable the Treasury to meet its current and future capability requirements.

We are looking for someone to help drive the evolution of our talent offering by providing modern and innovative solutions, tools, approaches, activities and enhancements to deliver exceptional results.
