About the Role
We are looking for a Health and Safety Coordinator for an initial period of 3 – 4 months to support and develop health and safety activities in our business.
- reviewing the health and safety management plan and policies
- transferring data into our new health and safety management system, Auditz and operationalising it with the team
- reviewing staff training for completeness and ensuring it is up to date
Working closely with the General Manager this role will also actively work with our staff to educate and promote a safe and healthy working environment.
About You
You will have a strong working knowledge of HSW Act and ideally have a health and safety qualification to support your practice. Strong administration and organisational skills are required, as are excellent oral and written communication competencies.
You will be skilled in building and maintaining relationships and be a capable user of technology, ideally having used Auditz or a similar system.
This is a great opportunity to join a supportive work environment and play an important role in the health and safety space. The role has the possibility of becoming permanent on a part time basis for the right individual.
