Looking for your next opportunity in administration and technology?
We are looking for a temporary Service Administrator to start ASAP to assist with system development and maintenance.
Our client is a government organisation in the health sector with multiple locations in the wider Wellington region. You will be based in Wellington but travelling to the Lower Hutt site regularly.
About the role
- Assist with the development and maintenance of systems
- Service programming including audits and training
- Special projects including system reviews and improvements
- Managing and monitoring of an electronic request system
- General administration tasks
Benefits
- Full or part time, between 6 – 8 hours per day between 7.30am – 5pm
- Monday – Friday
- Start ASAP until the end of June 2022
- $30 – $35 per hour
- Based in Wellington but will travel to Lower Hutt during working hours
- On-site training and orientation provided
- Progressive handover to level of comfort with tasks
About you
- Health background ideal
- Strong ICT/technical skills
- Experience in administration
- Minute taking skills
- Advanced skills in use of Microsoft Office
- Adaptable and a quick learner
