We are seeking shift / restaurant duty manager applications.
Kisa is a new Turkish & Middle Eastern-inspired restaurant soon to open on Cuba Street. Kisa will seat 92 guests, operate seven days a week, serving lunch and dinner Monday to Friday and breakfast, lunch and dinner on the weekend. Dine-in only. Think dips, pita bread, lots of shared fresh mezze plates, some bigger dishes, and a strong supporting drinks list.

We have a strong and established management team to launch this restaurant, many who have been with us for several years. This is a significant opening with an all-new, high-quality (and beautiful) fit-out in an earthquake-strengthened & redeveloped building.
You’ll need to present with:
- Hospitality experience. In a table service environment is preferred, but not essential
- Goof food and beverage knowledge
- Great communication and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and follow training material and instruction
- Flexible availability across a seven day week. We can roster around any other commitments, such as University.
- Cool and calm under pressure.
- Have your LCQ or are suitable for us to support you in this process
- Most importantly, you’re natural, relaxed and confident and are keen to provide great guest experiences.
