PlaceMakers Cromwell Branch.
The Role:
You will play an integral role within our Showroom. You will be our customers first point of contact and will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service. Your energetic, out-going nature and eye for detail will help you to ensure that our customers receive prompt, efficient service and sound advice.
About You:
Your positive attitude, fantastic organisation skills and awesome work ethic is essential. You will be proactive, a great communicator, enjoy building a good rapport with our customers and be comfortable using your own initiative. Alongside this, you will also be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience in a sales or retail environment is highly desirable
- Exceptional customer service skills and a great personality
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- A great command of the English language, both verbal and written
- Some building trade knowledge would be ideal but is not essential
– A team focused attitude – we all pull together to ensure the success of the branch but still have fun
This is for a Permanent Part-time role (35 hours) a week working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm or Tuesday to Friday 8.30 to 4pm and Saturday 9am to 12pm (open to negotiation)
