I am after a manager, I guess a site manager/staff manager.
Someone who can take the calls from the staff and clients, someone who can float between jobs helping on all of them when needed
Your responsibilities will include:
- Management and supervision of all site workers including subcontractors
- Ensuring programmes of work and deadlines are met
- Implementing and leading health and safety processes on site
- Liaising with clients, councils and key stakeholders
- Running pre-start meetings, site inductions and weekly site tool-box meetings
- Coaching and mentoring site staff
- Carrying out quality and safety checks
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing change as required
Ideally you’ll have the following:
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor in Residential/Commercial Build
- Effective subcontractor management skills
- The ability to use safety systems or applications
- Planning, programming and coordination skills
- The ability to lead, coach and adhere to safety requirements
- Experience implementing process improvements
- A customer-focus, initiative, and self-motivation
- Effective communication skills
- A positive can-do attitude
