Team Coordinator


Te āhua o Te Tūrunga – The nature of the position


Part-Time 27 hours per week

We are seeking an Administrator to provide support to our Industry Training – Forestry Team. You will be responsible for organising meetings, assisting with projects, supporting field staff with administration task and helping to coordinate assessors, taking meeting minutes and other general administrative tasks.

Our ideal candidate will be versatile, have the ability to work efficiently, be able to pick up systems and processes quickly, able to work with people from across the business and all levels, and have an intuitive, ‘can do’ attitude.


Ngā tino Pūkenga/Whēako – Essential skills/experiences for the role

  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Computer literate including Microsoft suite
  • Well organized with the ability to be agile
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Great initiative
  • Great time management
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Understanding of Education or Industry Training would be beneficial
