We are going through an exciting phase of growth and change. An exciting position has become available for a Team Leader in our Customer Support Contact Centre, who will be accountable for leading and engaging our people while looking for opportunities to support the rest of the business in their customer interactions. Based in our new purpose-built offices at Hobsonville, you will;
- Act as the voice and face of the Company to create a fantastic experience for our customers
- Lead and manager the CSR team by:
- scheduling regular 1on1’s and team meetings
- identifying opportunities for improvement
- work with the trainer to build the teams’ skills
- performance and leave management
- assist the manager with future recruitment
- Monitor processes and ensure they are followed to mitigate potential risks and achieve compliance
- Ensure the team meets service levels for all communication channels – adherence, quality, volume and accuracy
- Implement operational changes in line with the Company’s strategic goals
- Help achieve the Company sales and budget targets by identifying opportunities to generate more business
- Assist the team with answering inbound and making outbound calls in a timely manner by:
- providing information, advice or making appointments
- resolving customers’ problems
- handling complaints professionally
- handling other transactions such as product sales

Skills & Experience
Our ideal candidate would have:
- Contact Centre experience
- The ability to engage actively and positively with customers in person and over the phone
- Proactive, enthusiastic and ability to work autonomously
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while remaining calm and respectful
- Experience or training in leading a team
