About our team/Mō te tīma
The AskOtago Knowledgebase team are the “stewards” of the University Knowledgebase, and we are looking for a new leader to join the team.
Working as part of AskOtago, within the Shared Services Division, we are responsible for collecting and providing accurate, reliable and trustworthy information right across the University of Otago and making sure the Knowledgebase, Pātaka continues to reflect accurate information.
The role/Te mahi
An exciting opportunity has become available to lead the Knowledgebase Team and continue to improve the quality of service we provide every day to our Students, Staff and Visitors at the University of Otago.
We are looking for a Team Leader with a strong continuous improvement and customer service ethos.
You will have experience with data analytics and experience working in a service provision environment or organisation.

This full time, permanent position. Hours of employment are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.
