The Undergraduate Program: A Snapshot

We work around you: We know you are still studying which is why we only ask our undergraduates to commit to a minimum of two days per week. You will spend one day in our Knowledge Centre and the other day in a practice area.

Quality Work: All undergraduates complete six month placements within our practice groups over the time they are with us and will be involved in meaningful work with Partner supervision and direct client contact.

Excellent Training: In addition to the excellent legal research skills you will gain in the Knowledge Centre, you will also participate in an extensive and highly practical development program and will undertake a variety of workshops designed to support your on-the-job training and build your legal and commercial knowledge.

Support: We make sure all our undergraduates are assigned a buddy to help facilitate their transition; your buddy will know what it like to be in your shoes and will greatly assist your integration in to the Firm. In addition, you will find Holding Redlich fosters a supportive and friendly culture at all levels across the Firm, and peers, partners, business support and others you work with along the way are always on hand to help.
