Our Bureau is designed to support upcoming requirements on an as-need-basis suitable to those who have an interest in Healthcare and for those who are professional health carers. As it is casual employment, this means we will connect with you to discuss what shifts there are and if you are able to work them.
This rewarding role involves:
- Assisting the client with personal cares, home help, shopping assistance, and meal preps
- Supporting exercise programmes
- Assisting the client to access the community
Crucially, you can demonstrate:
- Excellent communication skills, kind, caring and positive in nature.
- You are a quick learner and able to integrate into a team quickly
- Being customer-focused as a key strength of yours, you’re genuinely a helpful person ensuring the needs of the customer are always met/exceeded
- You can be depended upon to turn up to your agreed shift to deliver high-quality care of our clients
- You are a Level 2 or above qualification in Health, Disability and Aged Care
- You have the right to live and work in NZ
- Evidence of compliance with the Covid-19 Public Health Response (Vaccinations) Order 2021, specifying that all frontline healthcare workers must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
