Our client is a large healthcare-based organisation located in Penrose and they have an urgent requirement for a business operations analyst to join their team for a fixed-term contract. Starting ASAP until the end of June and offering full time hours.
The Role
- Review, analyse and assess the current state of our network design and supply pipeline with the aim to recommend improvements for a redesigned future state model
- Lead in the development of project plans by recommending appropriate tasks, sequencing and resource requirements
- Perform general analysis of operation reports on all performance indicators
- Work across subject matters relating to supply chain, procurement and purchasing
- Develop business tools and documentation standards as needed
- Undertake responsibility for on-going development of reports that monitor KPI’s and SLA’s
- Build and maintain effective business relationships throughout our business
- Actively organize and prioritize your tasks within an environment with changing deadlines
You!
- Suitably degree qualified in supply chain / business / logistics or procurement
- Proven experience directly related to supply chain or operations, 4+ years preferred
- Business, commercial analysis and/or project management experience
- Working experience Qlik and PowerBi preferred
- Knowledge of ERP systems, Oracle knowledge advantageous
- Be self-motivated, able to sell ideas and be problem solving and detail orientated
- Proven ability using Microsoft Suite of packages including Ms Project
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
