McCurdy Trucks require a new team member to join our busy award-winning Truck and Trailer Repair Dealership.
We represent the best brands in the market and cover the entire Taranaki region from our Bell Block site.
We are the Taranaki Parts & Service agents for: Cummins, Hino, Mack, Volvo, Isuzu (And truck sales), Scania, Castrol, All Makes truck parts, ASV & Case construction equipment and many more.
Our New Plymouth Dealership is on Connett Road and is custom built for Truck and Trailer service, repairs, sales, fabrication, and parts.
We require a Workshop Co-Ordinator to join our Team that can work in with our Foreman and Service Advisors to schedule and plan the day for our workshop technicians.
Our Customer First focus means you need to offer the best customer/staff service possible in a demanding role.
You will be required to:
- Operate our electronic booking diary to efficiently plan the day
- Recognise individuals strengths to have the right person on the job
- Work with other Team members to react to unplanned jobs
- Remain calm in a fast passed environment that has moments of pressure
- Follow our Company Mission Statement and Core Values
- Understand the pressures on the transport industry and be willing to exceed expectations to get our customers back on the road
Our team are a hard-working bunch and go the extra mile. If you are too you will receive:

- Fulltime hours from 7:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Saturday morning work (If you want to) if you’re currently a mechanic to keep your hands dirty
