Our client is innovative company offering big branded products to the Electrical, Energy and Power sectors.
On their behalf, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service / Sales Administrator to join their Mt Wellington based team.
You will be fulfilling a Customer Service Administration role as first point of contact; answering incoming customers enquiries, processing orders in to their system, resolving customer’s enquiries in regard to product pricing, availability, back orders, ETA’s, liaising with the warehouse team, etc.
You will have the variety you are looking for and be working in a great environment.
Our client is willing to pay top $$$ for an experienced Admin / Customer Service person.
This role can be a mix of work from home and in the office in Mt Wellington.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be SUPER committed to superior levels of customer service
- Possess excellent administration, PC skills, ERP system experience
- Exposure to Sage would be amazing, but not necessary
- Preferably come from a product based background.
- Be good problem solving and resolution skills
- Be able to pick up a technical product range.
- Be very process driven with accuracy and attention to detail
- Be a great positive team player and have a good sense of humour.
