The Hawke’s Bay District Health Board are looking for a part-time, fixed term administrator to join our COVID-19 Workforce Team until the end of December 2022
The role will primarily support the Testing/Swabbing Programme by providing support and assistance to the Testing Manager. You will be required to monitor incoming and outgoing communications, support relevant meetings and maintaining schedules, reports and returns.
You will need to have the following skills and attributes:
- Proven customer service skills
- Experience with coordination and administrative functions
- Building and maintaining relationships through effective communications
- Ability to learn new systems and information quickly
- A high degree of maturity, stability and self-confidence
- Self-motivated, innovative, flexible and able to work autonomously or as part of a team
- Respect for the confidentiality and sensitivity of information
- Ability to organise workload, prioritise and accept responsibilities for work outcomes / outputs.
