Administrator – Parkburn Offices

What we’re looking for

Our Manufacturing divisions are looking for a part-time administrator to join our growing team based the Parkburn Quarry, near Cromwell. The right candidate will be someone who loves interacting with many people each day, enjoys working in a team and wants a bit of flexibility in their work environment. They will be someone who is confident with computers and customer management and enjoys giving new things a go.

What you’ll be doing

Working flexible hours, you will be based in the Parkburn Quarry offices and will primarily be assisting our full-time administrator in customer management and weighbridge operation. However, you will also be expected to do a wide range of other tasks such as helping with pricing and invoicing, organising events, helping keep the site tidy, helping quarry managers, plant managers and health and safety manager with reporting and filing and a range or other office-based activities.

While working with us you will be supported in a knowledgeable and enthusiastic team who will support you in learning our business and will ensure you enjoy coming to work.

The candidate will be able to work well with others and want to be learning new things. You will enjoy getting stuck in to any task and will enjoy working in a variety of different areas of the business.
