What you’ll do:
- Support and manage the quality control function within operations.
- Perform frequent inspection checks and regular maintenance on boiler systems and related valves, gauges, piping, and other equipment
Inspect consumables, making adjustments, to keep systems operating at peak levels. - Record daily steam readings and other tests results.
- Ensure utilities operate to optimum safety, reliability, availability, cost, efficiency, and product quality at all times.
- Participate in ash collection and disposal.
- Carry out hands-on preventative and reactive maintenance.
- Work with a Team of 4
What you’ll need:
- Engineering/services operation experience.
- Former experience with boiler services.
- Forklift Licence and Chemical Handling certification an advantage.
- Full NZ Class 1 Driver Licence
- Entry-level candidates will be considered
