Fire and Emergency New Zealand is looking for a motivated, energetic and organised Business Services Coordinator to join our Wellington Central based team. Reporting to the Business Services Manager, you’ll be part of a team committed to delivering outstanding administrative support.This role is covered by the Fire and Emergency New Zealand COVID-19 Vaccination Policy, with effect from 28 February 2022. This means that it is a requirement that this role is undertaken by a fully vaccinated person (or a person who holds a valid exemption issued by the Director-General of Health).Responsibilities include performing a wide range of services such as:
- General office administrative duties
- Responding to public and internal enquiries
- Project coordination and administration
- Event management
- Accounts payable & receivable
- Business process improvements
Specific attributes we’re looking for include:

- The ability to work as an effective and collaborative team member
