Engineering Cadetship

We have an incredible opportunity for a well-recognised career path for someone wanting to join a fun and friendly team environment.

We are pleased to be offering this cadetship in our transportation team. The cadetship will be encompassing:

• a five year training and development program
• highly desired qualification of New Zealand Diploma in Engineering (NZDE) without a student loan requirement
• the opportunity to remain and study here in Hawke’s Bay

The successful candidates will have:

• a minimum of NCEA level 3 in calculus, and a preference to also have NCEA level 3 statistics and physics.

• get up and go attitude with problem solving skills

• a willingness and commitment to learn new things

• the ability to work within a close team but can also work on their own
• a minimum of a restricted driving licence

This opportunity is also able to be modified to suit someone already studying towards a NZDE, or recently completed their studies.
