Ko ngā āheinga mahi / The Opportunity
This full-time role will be responsible for canvassing and maintaining a consistent flow of candidates for various roles for our clients throughout Aotearoa /NZ. On any given day we supply hundreds of clients in varying roles which means you’ll be an absolute trooper being able to phone screen potential candidates, quickly build rapport and get them prepped and ready for work.
Your effort will be appreciated and valued. You will receive a great base salary, uncapped bonuses, access to a pool car whistle as well as free weekly lunch.

You will be a natural communicator with an administration background. You are organised, methodical and have an excellent eye for detail.
A good understanding of the MS Office suite is essential coupled with social media skills.
You will form strong working relationships, be comfortable working autonomously and relish the opportunity to be responsible for your own success. A large amount of your time will also be reference checking and telephone screening.
