About the role
We’re looking for a fabulous Caregiver for our Parkside Village to work in Hillsborough, reporting to the Nurse Manager. You’ll be working under the direction of our Registered Nurses providing high standards of care and support to our residents in our Hospital/Resthome.
This role is working part time work (30 hours per week) Friday to Tuesday 3pm to 9.30pm. Dependent on your relevant qualifications, we are looking to pay from Level 0 ($22.49) to level 4 ($28.25) an hour, based on the Pay Equity rates.

- Working under the guidance of our registered nurses
- Ensuring all heath guidelines are followed
About you
Are you an experienced caregiver with the right attitude, with excellent communication skills and who can work as part of a team to provide a high level of care?
Some things that will strengthen your application include:
- Careerforce Health and Wellbeing certification OR equivalent qualification will be advantageous
- A good level of fitness
- Previous experience in aged care or working with the elderly is preferred
- Empathy and a love of making a difference in our residents’ lives
- A “can do” attitude and a team focus
