We are on the lookout for dynamic and proactive Hospitality Wait Staff for our two restaurants.
Responsibility included for the position is listed below:
- Greet customers warmly and serve customers promptly in a friendly manner.
- Ensure the general operations of the front area goes smoothly includes cleaning and wiping of glass wares, crockery and table/chairs.
- Be aware of and continually maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene and dress.
- Ensure the customer areas are tidy at all times and are displayed in accordance with the establishment’s standards.
- Advise Restaurant Manager of bar supply shortages.
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws.
- Ensure there is someone behind the bar to serve at all times.
- Report any problems with either customer or equipment to General Manager.
- Follow instructions from Restaurant Manager.
- Answer phone and record bookings for restaurant reservations as required.
- Report any problems with either customers or meals to the Restaurant Manager or Duty Manager.
- Ensure the safety of the business’s property and cash at all times.
Any other duties the employer may reasonably require.
