The Co-Op position will support several areas within the Industrial Ops Finance group. The group is made up of Facilities and Services groups for campuses in CT and FL, the manufacturing engineering groups that support operations, and is responsible for consolidating and reporting of the Operations capital plan.
- The Co-Op will have monthly job requirements such as journal entries, payment processing, analyzing actual spend performance compared to budget, and assisting in the capital forecasting.
- Handle monitoring of the assets under construction to help ensure timely translations
- Work on the yearly budgeting roll up for the team and enter capital purchase requests.
- Additional duties will be added based on experience and hours. Position requires a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week with a maximum of 40 hours per week.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Fluent in English (verbal/written)
- This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).
