Location: Auckland or Wellington, New Zealand
Opportunity available: Permanent full time or part time (4 days per week minimum) position
What’s your mission?
As part of a collaborative team helping to shape our future, you will help deliver diverse, large scale people initiatives. No two days will be the same and your work could involve getting stuck into operating model & organisational design programs, restructures & offshoring or, managing people initiatives arising from mergers, acquisitions and divestments.
You’ll work in a team where innovation is at the heart of how we work. We’re continually seeking to improve what our people can achieve, as the bank continues to deliver on its strategic business priorities.
What could a typical day look like?
Join workshops with stakeholders to understand the rationale for change and root cause of what they are trying to achieve
Showcase ideas to your team to be able to iterate quickly and share knowledge
Check in with team members for daily stand ups so you can address blockers and keep things moving forward
Collaborate with your team and across the bank to design and execute solutions that have the employee experience front and centre
Advise to the business throughout the change process and on workforce matters
Learn, innovate, experiment everyday – because underpinning everything we do is a growth mindset

What’s in your toolkit?
Experience managing and delivering projects as part of large workforce transformation programs
Ability to work collaboratively within a global team environment
Ability to engage stakeholders so you can ensure a seamless experience when change is implemented
Being comfortable with ambiguity and being able to adapt in a constantly evolving environment
Ability to gather information, distil insights and apply them when designing and delivering projects
Ability to identify, manage and mitigate risks effectively and in balancing multiple priorities
