We are the Clutha District Council and we’re looking for outstanding talent to join our Library/Service Centre Team
The job of Customer Experience Officer is extremely varied, ensuring the customer journey for all visitors is engaging, efficient, and effective.
Based at Lawrence for 8 hours per week, additional hours will be required from time to time to cover training, off-site meetings and other staff absences. This may also apply to other facilities, if needed.
Depending on the facility, duties can range from the delivery of library programmes, helping people access digital information, promoting the area as a destination for visitors, through to helping people access Council and other Community Services.
This role is a great opportunity for a bright, outgoing person with great digital and organisational skills seeking a career in a modern public library service. Whilst this a professional role consideration will be given to applicants who have the required personal attributes and skills.
