The Customer Services team at DCC is committed to a friendly, timely and accurate service. The emphasis is on meeting our customers’ needs at the first point of contact via telephone, email, counter and the Council’s web-site.
To be successful in this position you will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the customer service industry. We are seeking a proven track record of superlative customer service ethic, excellent communication skills and resilience to move with our variety and volume.
This is a vital front-line role between customers and DCC’s extensive range of servces, working full-time permanent – 37.5 hours per week working five days (days of work will include a weekend day).

Salary Range: $49,316 – 58,019 *
