About the opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join us on a fixed-term basis, until 19/12/2022. If you have been looking for a change of environment and a new opportunity to use your experience – then this is just what you have been waiting for!
Ideally you will have current experience and be working as a qualified Dental Assistant, however we are willing to train someone who has the right attributes.
There is possiblity of extra hours across Central Otago for the preferred candidate.
About you
You will be a people person who enjoys working with children, is culturally sensitive, and excellent customer service will come to you naturally.
To be successful in this position, you will also need to demonstrate the following:
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant
Pleasant telephone manner and strong administration skills
Be self-motivated and have great organisational skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity at all times
- Full, clean NZ class one driver’s licence
Flexibility is required to work between the hours of 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and at times be able to undertake clinics elsewhere within the Southern DHB.
